Online TM30 registration
Under the Thai Immigration Act, landlords must notify immigration authorities within 24 hours of a foreign national’s arrival at the accommodation.
After your landlord submits the online notification, you will receive a TM30 online notification (usually in a PDF format), showing your personal details and Thai address, all completed by the landlord/agent.
In practice, many landlords fail to meet this obligation, and tenants may be fined by immigration. We can assist with TM30 registration if you provide a copy of the landlord’s ID and the house registration book (tabien baan).
The final step is obtaining the small TM30 slip issued by immigration officers at your local immigration office, which is not included in our services.
