Online 90-Day Report (2nd report onwards)


What is the 90-day report and to whom it applies to?

Foreigners staying in Thailand on long-term visas must report their address to Immigration every 90 days. The count starts from the date of entry and resets after each exit and re-entry.
The first report must be done in person at an immigration office (or by post in Bangkok). It applies to Non-Immigrant, DTV, Marriage, Retirement, and Business visa holders...

Reports can be submitted up to 15 days before or 7 days after the due date. After the first report, future 90-day reports can be done online but only within 15 days before the due date, as late online submissions are not allowed.

Late reporting results in a 2,000 THB fine and possible further penalties for repeated violations.


Why can the 90-day report be rejected?

A 90-day report may be refused for several reasons, including late submission, incomplete or incorrect details, an expired visa, or technical issues with the online system. Reports sent by post may also fail if they are delayed or lost, which can result in a missed deadline.


How long does online 90-day report processing take?

Online submissions are usually processed within 1–2 working days, so it is recommended to apply a few days before the deadline. Reporting in person is typically the quickest option and is often approved on the same day.
