NON-B Visa and their dependants

If you have been employed or have recently been hired by a Thai company, the Thailand Business Visa (Non-Immigrant B Visa) is the standard visa option.

This visa is required for foreigners who intend to work, attend meetings, or engage in other business-related activities in Thailand. Applicants must obtain a Non-Immigrant B (NON-B) visa before starting employment or business activities in the Kingdom.

Foreign nationals may apply for a Thai Business Visa before entering Thailand through a Thai embassy, consulate, or the official e-Visa system.

The Thai Business Visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows entry into Thailand for business purposes. It is initially issued with a validity of 90 days from the date of entry, allowing the holder to stay in Thailand for up to 90 days.

Once in Thailand, this visa can be extended to a long-term stay of up to one year, subject to meeting immigration requirements. Extensions are processed at a local immigration office in Thailand, usually with supporting documents from a Thai employer or registered company, and along other paperwork.

As the principal applicant of this visa type, you can bring your family members, such as your spouse or children under 20 years old. Please refer to the NON-O section for more detailed information.

With this type of visa, we assist and facilitate the online application process prior to your arrival in Thailand, helping ensure that all required documents and procedures are properly completed.
